'I'm Going To Jail': Bunnie XO Reveals Why She's 'In Trouble With The Law'

Bunnie Xo is “going to jail,” she said on a new episode of her podcast on Friday (November 21).

The podcast host and author, who is married to award-winning artist Jelly Roll, got “brutally honest about her unexpected run-in with the law,” on Dumb Blonde. She said on the show, “I’m going to jail. Should we talk about it? …Your girl got in trouble with the law. Not intentionally. What happened was, I got a ticket in 2020 in Alabama driving home from a family vacation. Do I remember getting this ticket? Absolutely not. But for some reason our daughter does. …Anyways, I got pulled over.”

Bunnie Xo explained she has three vehicles, and although she has “never gotten pulled over” in two of them, the third one “loos like a drug dealer’s vehicle. I have been pulled over twice in that f***ing vehicle.” She goes on to explain that the officer who recently pulled her over informed her that her license had been suspended for the ticket in Alabama that hadn’t been paid. Bunnie, “an upstanding citizen these days,” agreed to get it taken care of, and the officer let her go with a warning (“shoutout to that officer,” she said). Bunnie said she paid the ticket in late October and assumed everything was fine; however, she was recently pulled over again, “so I have anxiety.”

This time, the officer told Bunnie Xo that her license is still suspended (though she explained what had happened), and said she would have to book herself into the jail “sometime this week,” she said on Dumb Blonde. “If I do, you guys have seen all my past mugshots, right? I’m going in glammed the f*** up, baby, and I’m going to vlog it.”

Bunnie Xo recently shared several of her past mugshots with a candid, emotional message. Jelly Roll had a heartfelt response. She said at the time she’d reveal her life story in her memoir, Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic. The book is due to arrive on February 10, 2026.
