Special Olympics lights up the White House.
President Obama hosted a dinner and concert celebrating the anniversary of the Special Olympics.
Performers included Katy Perry and Stevie Wonder, while sports stars attending included NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, former tennis star Andy Roddick, and former world figure skating champion Michelle Kwan.
The President and First Lady Michelle Obama will serve as honorary chairs of next year's Special Olympics World Games in Los Angeles. Seven-thousand athletes from 170 countries will participate.
